5.10.2008 - A Flawless Victory
Ten hour plane flight, 30 minute train ride, another 5 minute train ride, trip to the store to buy umbrellas, and we finally checked into our hotel - all and all everything went exactly as planned. It is 8pm here, but we are still on 4am time. We are in Akiba again, in the Tokyo Green hotel, same as last time. I am drinking a delicious ume champagne-in-a-can, and we might head out for a couple of hours, despite the extreme sleep dep. Off to buy takoyaki and yummy treats! (In other news, I am in solid flip-out mode. Like, there isn't a break where I'm not flipping out. Srsly, you guys, Japan is my favorite thing in the world.)
