Hollow Head by tangentbot

This is a new song I wrote yesterday and finished at around 2 this morning. This reminds me of my old stuff, as it is all industrial-ish, but I’ve incorporated some obviously new techniques into it. There are even some ridiculous sounding synth guitars in it which I absolutely LOVE. I’ve gotten fed up with not finishing music. I may get fed up with not playing live shows, eventually.

I just wrote “absolutely robots” a few days ago, which you should check out here if you haven’t already.

I’ve been working on this one forever. I finished two songs as part of another project and I was so inspired that I loaded this one up and finished it as well! There are a couple ideas I toyed with, structure-wise, that I really haven’t used before, and I’m excited that everything turned out so well.

I wrote a new song called the machines got it wrong – Check it out!

I haven’t been able to complete a song for quite some time now, and so tonight I forced myself to at least put something together. I have been writing a lot of music, just nothing finished. This one is made up of three simple tracks, and it is basically an acedemic exercise for me to write something in Ableton.

Lookit what I bought! I get a free upgrade to Live 8 when it comes out, too. Lets music!
